Healthy eats in Miami

People think that there aren’t that many healthy go to restaurants options in Miami. Well, I created a list to give you more options on healthy eats. I know sometimes people may struggle with traffic, work, time, to busy and end up going to the nearest place which almost always ends up being: Taco Bell, McDonalds, Wendy’s, BK, KFC, (wow there are to many to even name!). Maybe by waking up a little earlier or making time, you can also eat healthy and begin your healthy lifestyle.

  1. WHOLE FOODS MARKET

Whenever we get hungry for lunch or dinner, sometimes we go to Whole Foods and grab from the food bar. They have EVERYTHING you can think of!

 

2. Starbucks whaaaaaat?

Starbucks is not healthy, just want to point that out before anything, BUUUUT they do have this blueberry oatmeal ! yummyyyy

Okay so this place.. I absolutely L O V E! They have a variety of bowls, soups, wraps, burritos, salads, smoothies, cleanses, frozen yogurt, and a special breakfast menu. They also have meal plans that you can buy and get a week or month’s worth of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. And like if that wasn’t enough, you can build your own anything.

4. Super Smoothie

They have wraps, salads, smoothies, soups, protein smoothies. I will come here every once in a while for lunch on a work day. They are quick and yummy 🙂  Just in case, this super smoothie is located in Doral, Fl.

Living a healthy lifestyle is so much fun. Not only does it make you feel great and energized every day, but also getting to know new recipes and different ways to stay active make your life a little more adventurous.

Living a healthy and active lifestyle has its struggles though. My main struggle would be motivation. Even though I enjoy being active and eating healthy. Some days it’s just hard to get that work out done, or eating a healthier option other than that juicy cheeseburger. Since I love sharing ways to stay healthy with my friends and family, I thought.. why not make a blog? So here we are! Living a healthy and active lifestyle is so important. With so many processed foods available to us everyday it’s easy to just stop at any drive through and grab a quick fix on the way to work. I hope I can motivate, inspire, and inform you guys on how to stay active, how to eat healthy, and just try new things everyday. Always feel free to share your thoughts and ideas!
