13 Ways to Drop that Stress  


Hey guys! I hope y’all are having an awesome day. I wanted to talk a little bit about stress today. Lately I’ve been super stressed and I have a lot of thoughts going through my head CONSTANTLY; I have to pay this bill, I have to pick up the dry cleaners, I have to wash clothes, I have to grocery shop, how am I going to pay my bills when my job is cutting hours. And I have way more but the point is I’ve been really stressed. Adult hood can get very stressful and we can forget that stress is something horrible to live with. It can negatively impact your mental & physical health. So I started thinking, how can I lower my stress without having to take a luxurious expensive vacation all the time? How can I stop obsessing about all these things I have to do?

I know people that live life so care free. It’s not like they don’t have responsibilities or do nothing all day. They do get things done but they don’t obsess about them all day. I want to be more like that. Knowing what I need to do, but not stress it until it’s done. I did a little research & found some ways to eliminate stress.

13 Ways to eliminate stress

  1. Do something you enjoy every day.
  2. Don’t sit for more than an hour.
  3. Sleep all you need to not feel tired.
  4. Reduce intake of alcohol, nicotine & caffeine.
  5. Take time to organize your home. Disorganization can make people stressful.
  6. Eat healthy.
  7. Exercise
  8. Declutter

  10. Get a massage.
  11. Take a walk.
  12. Take a bath.

Stress can really take a toll in your life and make everything look way worse than what it actually is. Since I gave you a list of how to cope with stress &/or eliminate it. I want to give you a list of UNHEALTHY ways people deal with stress. (You may not notice that these are behaviors you are doing as a result to stress. )

FOOD and WINE Festival at EPCOT 

So, the bubs and I were in desperate need of a vacation. Since I’ve always wanted to try out the food & wine festival at Orlando, Fl Epcot, we decided hell yeah! Trying food all day doesn’t sound to shabby. 


When we got there, we decided to try out some rides before actually eating at the festival. Soo, we decided to try Mission to space … what a bad idea. I guess the bubs and I really CANNOT handle motion stimulators or have any career in being astronauts in the near future. When you get to the ride you have the option to pick the not so intense one and the intense one. The bubs was all like INTENSE, INTENSE… I could choke him. Well when we got of we had to walk around and sit in restruants for like 40 minutes before finally feeling like ourselves again. I stopped at nearly 5 trash cans ready to puke. After all of this we finally got to the festival !

How to make 2017 great! 


Focus on YOU! Work out more. Go to places you’ve never been before. Cut toxic people out of your life. Be good to your parents. Do something you’ve always wanted to do. Get OUT of bed earlier. Get a massage, (you’ll be surprised how much it helps). Spend less time watching tv. Complain less. Stress less. Don’t skip breakfast. Go for a run. Eat to nourish your body. Drink more water. Set goals you want to accomplish. Spend time with friends. Take a lot of pictures. Take a lot of videos. Do something you’re scared to do. Get something you’ve always wanted. Smile more often. Laugh more often. Read at least 5 books. Feed your intellectual side. Nourish your soul. Sleep more. Don’t worry about what people say. Everyone lives their lives differently, there is no correct way to live your life. JUST BE HAPPY 

I’ve currently just started school again and I’m seriously SO excited ! Graduating is my top achievement right now. Apart from that I’ve been waking up every day for a month and a half now to go to cross fit. I feel so good about my progress. Being healthy has always been a lifestyle of mine but getting back to being FIT is the goal. How would you guys make 2017 great?
