Hey y’all ! I’m not sure if y’all are familiar with Thrive Market, but they are definitely worth mentioning. I get a lot of my groceries from them. This website is perfect for ordering those pricey foods on a good budget. I buy purely Elizabeth, sun potion, red hill & other products for a less expensive price. They even give you free things ! With ever order I have made they give me one free item! One time they gave me free date chocolate chip cookies and a coconut oil jar. They do have a membership fee but they give you one month free trial. Take advantage of the free month! It’s totally worth it 👍🏻 

They have their own app and deliver your groceries. You don’t get them the same day though. Order at least a week before you actually need the groceries.

I know everyone, like me, can have a pretty hard time figuring out what to eat and what not to eat when starting a healthy lifestyle. Below I typed 10 foods you can eat that are part of a healthy diet and also help you stay in shape! YAY! When I started on my healthy lifestyle, fitfam journey, I did SOOO much research on foods, recipes, workouts, right foods, what not to eat, and all that good stuff. There was so much information, I just got overwhelmed by it all. There is nothing I want more than to help you guys in making the right choices when it comes to living the healthy lifestyle you want. That being said, everyone is different and not everyone can eat the same foods as everyone else and expect the same results. Maybe you can’t even eat the foods because you have a sensitivity or are allergic to it. Whatever the case may be, always listen to your body and/or speak to your doctor to find a good meal plan that works for you.

Healthy eats in Miami

People think that there aren’t that many healthy go to restaurants options in Miami. Well, I created a list to give you more options on healthy eats. I know sometimes people may struggle with traffic, work, time, to busy and end up going to the nearest place which almost always ends up being: Taco Bell, McDonalds, Wendy’s, BK, KFC, (wow there are to many to even name!). Maybe by waking up a little earlier or making time, you can also eat healthy and begin your healthy lifestyle.

  1. WHOLE FOODS MARKET

Whenever we get hungry for lunch or dinner, sometimes we go to Whole Foods and grab from the food bar. They have EVERYTHING you can think of!

 

2. Starbucks whaaaaaat?

Starbucks is not healthy, just want to point that out before anything, BUUUUT they do have this blueberry oatmeal ! yummyyyy

Okay so this place.. I absolutely L O V E! They have a variety of bowls, soups, wraps, burritos, salads, smoothies, cleanses, frozen yogurt, and a special breakfast menu. They also have meal plans that you can buy and get a week or month’s worth of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. And like if that wasn’t enough, you can build your own anything.

4. Super Smoothie

They have wraps, salads, smoothies, soups, protein smoothies. I will come here every once in a while for lunch on a work day. They are quick and yummy 🙂  Just in case, this super smoothie is located in Doral, Fl.
