How to be Healthy

Healthy isn’t about body image! It’s about being comfortable in your own body as well as not being prone to any diseases because of your body weight. I made a list of things that make me feel healthy through out the day and sometimes when I’m feeling a little lazy or maybe not so fit. I make 2-3 of these happen that day and I’ll start feeling a lot better about myself.

  1. Cardio + weights
  2. Drink lots of water
  3. Get 8 hours of sleep
  4. Eat fruits or fruit smoothie for breakfast
  5. Eat veggies
  6. Smile a lot
  7. Be positive (no negativity) EVER
  8. Eat lots of fish & chicken
  9. Eat chocolate when you want
  10. Set up goals, and achieve them
  11. Love yourself no matter what
  12. Drink green stuff
  13. Drink tea
  14. Drink warm water with lemon
  15. Do yoga
  16. Cover your hair with coco oil
  17. Do what makes you happy
  18. Don’t do anything that makes you uncomfortable
  19. Compliment yourself daily
  20. Take a long hot bath
  21. Go running
  22. Get a tan
  23. Avoid processed foods
  24. No grocery shopping on an empty stomach
  25. Wash your hands often
  26. Dont binge
  27. Organize
  28. Read a book
  29. Take deep breaths
  30. Meditate
  31. Listen to your body
  32. Wake up earlier
  33. Go to sleep earlier
  34. Be patient
  35. Don’t go to sleep angry

 

You should try it! What’s your healthy list? Remember your physical wellness is equal to your mental wellness. Never deprive your mind or body of its full potential to be happy and fit! 🙂
