Benefits of Lemon Water

I just love drinking hot water with lemon in the morning and before going to sleep. WATER itself has great health benefits;

  • Helps circulate nutrients in the body.
  • Gives you a healthy glow.
  • Clears your skin.
  • Prevent headaches.
  • Helps with weight loss.

Why should you add lemons to water ?

  • Aids digestion.
  • Flushes out toxins from the body.
  • Helps with bloating.
  • Boosts your immune system.
  • Freshens breath.
  • Helps with weight loss.

Water with lemon can be an alternative for people who really really can’t stand drinking water alone. I have a couple of friends that they can’t in any way drink water because it tastes like nothing to them. Thankfully I’ve never had this problem and I love drinking it. Helps me feel hydrated, energized and I can see a difference in my skin and hair instantly.
